Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Spring is here, the sunshine is blessing us with its presence in the mornings and there is nothing like a refreshing, healthy and nutritious smoothie bowl for breakfast.

Make your fruit last longer and preparation faster by pre-packing fruit it into zip lock bags and keeping it in the freezer.
